The sole purpose of thessaly.io is to promote YouTube videos for real estate agencies and property businesses. All videos submitted into our rotation must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

Promotional campaigns are not meant to reflect exact numbers. Campaigns reflect targeted numbers that we aim for in our marketing endeavours. We promote your campaign until the targeted numbers are reached. Turnaround time varies for every campaign.

Website Use

By purchasing any Services from thessaly.io, you agree to pay the indicated purchase price and further agree that:

• you have the authority to make such a purchase
• you have the authority to use or access the social media account linked to the purchase, and
• you will not use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose whatsoever.

General Conditions

thessaly.io reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

YouTube

You may only use thessaly.io in a manner where all agreements made with YouTube and YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service are complied with. The videos you are putting into our system may not contain — pornography, sexually explicit content, abuse of animals, abuse of drugs and racism, scams, copyrighted content or anything not allowed in YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

thessaly.io shall in no way be held responsible or liable if YouTube decides to suspend or delete your account and/or delete your videos. You understand and acknowledge that your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless thessaly.io from any claim arising out of, relating to, or connected with your use of thessaly.io or the Services. You must also indemnify, defend, and hold the Company harmless based on any claim alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach of this Agreement.

Suspension of User Accounts

thessaly.io may by its sole discretion, suspend a User’s account temporarily or permanently under the following conditions:

• If the User breaches the terms of service
• If the User provides wrong or inaccurate information
• If the User’s actions may cause harm or damage to other Users

Confidential Information

thessaly.io shall keep confidential any information you submit to the Company as it relates to the processing of any order for Services.

Termination of Service

The term of this Agreement will begin on acceptance of your job order and will end when terminated by either party. If thessaly.io determines, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the system, the company (without limiting any other rights or remedies available to it) will withdraw your participation and withhold any amount owed to you.

Campaigns

By purchasing our “Service” you agree that:

• You will not run multiple campaigns with any other companies or persons that may interfere with our services.
• Any estimated timeline provided is just a simple guideline in terms of the number of days your marketing campaign will take to successfully finish and not a guaranteed duration.
• You will not be able to pause your campaign and restart at a later stage.
• You may not change, modify and/or remove your account or video while your marketing campaign is running. Doing so may cause an interruption of our service and will result in the termination of service and ineligibility for any type of refund.

Refund Policy

We try our level best to provide you with the best services. All digital good sales are final and non-refundable.

We will issue a refund only if we are unable to start your order within 72 hours.

Changes to Terms of Service

thessaly.io holds the right to make changes or correct any errors or inaccuracies to the Agreement at any time. Customers who use thessaly.io agree to follow any change or modification and are bound to the modified Terms of Service Agreement.
